Can a 5 year old get in a PG-13 movie, with me (17 year old brother)?

hi im 17 years old and my little brother asked me if i could take him to terminator salvation, i agreed to take him but i noticed it was a pg-13 rated movie, i know i can get in obviously. but can i get my little brother in?
