What's the difference in teachings between the Lutheran LCMS and Evangelical Baptist churches?

I have been attending a LCMS Lutheran church just for a short time now. Someone was recommending to me to go to a Baptist church that they liked. I looked it up and it looks like it's Evangelical. I would just like to know the differences between the two.
