'Workman' style boots, wedge heel, lace up, fleece trim....where can I find some?!?

I saw someone wearing some the other day, they were gorgeous. They looked like Dr Marten's at the bottom, but on a wedge heel. They were long boots, laced up and with a fleece trim at the top. I will be eternally grateful if someone could find them for me!
