Is it really hard to get into Ivy League University?

is it really hard to get into Ivy League University? i am a not a US citizen, i go to an IB school, and my grades are pretty much normal but the last two years i will try my best to get my grades as high as possible. i have taken PSAT this october, havent got my results back and in april i plan on doing my first SAT. do i have ANY chances of getting there?
