My friend can't stop vomiting!?

Last night my friend took, what her dealer claimed was, a mescaline based Ecstasy tab. Now, I'm aware of the controversy surronding such thing but the fact of the matter is: Its been 18 hours since she ingested the pill and now she is continuously vomiting bile. And I mean, CONTINOUSLY. She CANNOT stop throwing up/gagging for more than 3 minutes at a time. Is this normal? What should I do? She's been drinking small sips of water after each vomit, but has no food in her system and refuses to eat.
