Field artillery branch manager contact number?

Right now, I'm an active army 13f, I'm a Specialist, and I'm stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. I've been stationed at Bragg for about 3 1/2 years now and have about 2 years and 8 months left. I was told I can contact the branch manager to come down on orders for another duty station if it's available. I want to save my first reenlistment for a PDA at Fort Drum. Does anyone have the number to the field artillery branch manager? I'm deployed to Haiti right now and I'm using my phone to access the Internet but I can't load some websites like "HRC" website that has a contact number. Please let me know if you've got the number, I'd like you to post it so that I can get ahold of them and possibly PCS to drum. Thank you everyone, if you answer this, thank you for your istance.
