I'm trying to lose weight but got hurt along the way!?

I'm about 312 lbs and I use to be 388 It seems that I try every diet plane and it doesn't work Atkins, Medifast, weight watchers, ect. So i've been doing it on my own and have lost over 70 lbs and I'm so proud of myself! I keep telling myself over and over that I can do this I can do it without paying because to me the only thing that I want to pay for is the hard work and for it to pay off! BUT I recently hurt myself and my legs are vary sour! I was wondering if there was any way to work out without using your legs! I want a full body work out though!? Is there such thing!
