What evidence is there that the Juedo-Christian god is any more plausible than the Greek gods or Hindu gods?

I noticed alot of Christians want to teach creationism in school, but the model for creationism is based on the stories in the Bible. So teaching creationism in a school would mean that school is endorsing the Judeo- Christian god as the correct god, because EVERY religion has it's own creationism story. So what evidence is there that the god of Christianity is any more valid than the gods and goddess of the Hindu religion or the gods of any other religion? I can find just as much proof that supports the creationism stories of the Native Americans as I can find to support the idea of the Judeo-Christian God. So what makes 1 special over the others?
