Best Culinary school: Johnson and Wales North Miami, The Art Institutes, or Le Cordon Bleu ATL?

My brother is going to be a sopre in high school, and wanted me to help him look at colleges. He would like to become a chef. We are from FL, but live in GA now for the past four years. I have found some culinary schools for him: Johnson and Wales North Miami, The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, The Art Institute of ATL, or Le Cordon Bleu ATL. I think he wants to live in Florida, but my parents want him to stay at home for college. So he doesn't have to pay for a dorm. He has about a 3.3 GPA on the 4.0 scale, with all college prep courses. We are going to FL next week, and my Grandma is taking him to Johnson and Wales North Miami & The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, so he can see the campus. Which culinary school is the best? I have no idea when it comes to culinary schools. Is The Johnson and Wales campus in Miami even safe? When my mom heard Miami, she didn't like it. Any feedback is fine... Thanks!
