How Do I Stop Using My Pacifier?

Hello. I am 15-year-old teenager. I need help, and I have known that for a very long time. I cannot stop using a pacifier. And NO. I have no mental illness. I know I do not, but this is a horrible addiction I need to rid of. I only use it around my house in front of my parents and my sibling. They are the only ones who know. They hardly object to it on occasions All I will say about my location is that I live on the West Coast. Please, help me. Its so hard to write down.
