Is My Instant Lotto Ticket a Winner?

I matched three numbers on game 3 of my scratch keno ticket, but when I scratched off the bottom to see the code (expected tne or something), it says "TVS". What gives? I used to work at a gas station and played tickets pretty frequently, so I dunno what is going on.
