Looking for several afghan patterns to crochet.looked on line didnt see anything i liked?

Sometime when you buy yarn there are patterns for afgans on the band around it. Have you tried local library for patterns .,about.com ,crochet guilds, chapters/indigo book stores? What type of pattern were you looking for ?How about just getting a pattern stitch book and designing your own afgan? I have tons of patterns for afgans if you are looking for something specific.
