Toddler attached to my "squishy squishy arm"?

My daughter will be 3 in June but lately she has become obsessed with snuggling my left upper arm. She calls it her squishy squishy arm and nuzzles it, sqeezes it, rubs it, sniffs it...you name it. She is quite obsessed. Before she goes to bed she has to snuggle it and problem is that she will hang on it sometimes and it is very uncomfortable. Nothing really has changed in her routine. I am 8 months pregnant but she has been in the loop from day one and is super excited about baby. She also has been a little whiny lately and she has never been "that kid". i dont know waht to do with this or how to handle it....
