Where do u recommend to learn spanish? Argentina or Colombia?

I suggest Colombia. Their Spanish has a more standard accent. As for safety just use common sense. Don't go to any Latin American country flashing a rolex, expensive jewelery, ect. Cali, Colombia has a large Chinese-Colombian community, (although it is not one of the largest in Latin America) there is a club in Cali (although i forgot the name) where it is packed with Asians, but mostly Chinese. I met many friendly people, some who showed me around the city, we spent the entire day sightseeing and speaking Mandarin. if you go to learn Spanish there, I'm sure one of them will help you out. There is a China town is Bogot�, but last i heard it was still it a "project" phase, not sure it it was constructed yet.
