Why did this black lady bring up my blue eyes/blonde hair?

She was like commenting on my appearance and is like "mmmm hmmmm you are the perfect girl blue eyes/blonde hair"....wtf? that is hella rude first of all and she said it with an attitude... and since when was somebody allowed to define what is "pefect?"
