Can someone help me with this stats problem?

Since each subject receives only one of the two types of interventions this is an unrelated test of two groups (as opposed to a related test using repeated measures). Time is a continuous ratio variable and you will be comparing mean times in the two treatment groups so this would either be an unrelated t-test (if the time variable has a Normal response) or an appropriate non-parametric test such as the Mann-Whitney U test.
